Not All

"Not All" is my first blog post from my newly revised project, In The Between.

It currently contains 16 artworks, which I created in November 2022. I began showing them then but was unsure about them; something was incomplete. In a portfolio review with Barbara Griffin, she confirmed my feelings.

The best way to summarize what I changed is that each now includes three symbols; previously, there were only two: the images. While the added symbol appears as text, I do not consider it that. More, it is a mark, a symbol of something else. Yes, it is a word(s), but being written by hand, it contains more   -in the same way, body posture and movement also communicate a body's language.

I hope these can be instruments that facilitate an internal observation and an apparent external.
